Ingredients
- 4 Large Potatoes, about 250g each, 55g of butter, salt and freshly gorund black pepper, 115g of Ham, 115g of Cheddar Cheese
Method
- 1.Preheat your oven
- 2.Wash & wipe the potatoes, prick them with a fork and place them on a baking tray
- 3.Cook the potatoes in the oven for 60-75 minutes untill they are soft inside and the skins are crisp
- 4.Remove them from the oven and cut each potato in half
- 5.Scoop out the soft insides into a mixing bowl, be careful not to damge the skins
- 6.Mash the potato with a fork and add the buter, mix well
- 7.Also add the salt and pepper
- 8.Place the skins on the baking tray, chop the ham into squares and place it inside the skin
- 9.Spoon in the potato
- 10.Grate the cheese and sprinkle it on the potatoes
- 11.Put them back in the oven for 15 minutes untill the cheese has melted and the top is golden brown.
