Ingredients
- 18 saltines
- 2 eggs
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 slices of cheese
Method
- Spread butter or margarine on crackers.
- Place 9 in bottom of 8 or 9-inch square pan.
- Arrange 4 slices of cheese over crackers. Top with another layer of 9 crackers.
- Arrange 4 slices on top.
