Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 small onion
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (3 1/2 c.)
Method
- In skillet, cook onion in margarine until tender.
- Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
- Heat to boiling.
- Add potatoes; reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until bubbling. Garnish with sage.
- Extra Cheddar added to soup if desired.
