Ingredients
- 4 oz reduced fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 butter, softened
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c pecans, toasted and chopped
- 1/2 tsp minced garlic, roasted
Method
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
- Beat in remaining ingredients.
- Serve with assorted vegetables and crackers.
- This spread can be refrigerated up to 3 weeks.
