Ingredients
- 2 c. light biscuit mix
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Combine biscuit mix, milk and cheese in a large bowl.
- Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Mix the butter and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Brush the butter mixture over the warm biscuits.
