Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green peppers
- 1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. celery, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp. bacon bits
- ready to bake refrigerated buttermilk flaky biscuits
- 1/2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Method
- Make biscuits.
- Cook onion, green pepper and egg.
- Mix bacon bits into egg mixture.
- Remove from heat when cooked; set aside. Carefully separate baked biscuits into 2 layers.
- Sprinkle cheese into center of biscuits and top with egg mixture.
- Heat again in microwave or toaster oven for 2 to 3 minutes.
