Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1-1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Fresh Chives
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 sticks Butter, Melted
Method
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a muffin pan. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the shredded cheese and chives. Then, stir in the egg, milk, and butter. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
- Pour the batter into the muffin pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Serve warm.
