Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. diced potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. beer
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a covered pan and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Add cheese, stirring over low heat until cheese is melted.
- Whisk in beer and stir until well blended.
