- 1 c. finely shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. milk or dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. diced pimiento
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. snipped parsley or finely chopped walnuts or pecans
- pimiento strips (optional)
- assorted crackers
Method
- Bring Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and margarine to room temperature.
- Add milk, onion, pimiento, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
- Beat until combined.
- Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
