Ingredients
- garlic buttons
- 1 gal. whole sour pickles
- 12 oz. jalapeno peppers
- sugar (1 c. per layer)
Method
- Drain pickles and discard
- pickle juice.
- Place pickles in large mixing bowl. Slice and layer in jar 3 pickles, 2 or 3 peppers, garlic clove and 1 cup sugar.
- Repeat layers in jar. Shake each day for one week.
