- 1 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon black bean sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 12 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 23 cup boiling water
Method
- Mix all marinade ingredients.
- Pour over pork, turning until well coated.
- Let stand 3-4 hours.
- Arrange pork on a rack over a baking pan.
- The rack should keep the meat from touching the water.
- Place pan in preheated 350 F oven, pour in boiling water.
- Roast about 30 min., or until done through.
- Check occasionally to make sure the liquid doesn't all cook away.
- Slice thinly.
