Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork tenderloin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon black bean sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 12 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 23 cup boiling water

Method

  • Mix all marinade ingredients.
  • Pour over pork, turning until well coated.
  • Let stand 3-4 hours.
  • Arrange pork on a rack over a baking pan.
  • The rack should keep the meat from touching the water.
  • Place pan in preheated 350 F oven, pour in boiling water.
  • Roast about 30 min., or until done through.
  • Check occasionally to make sure the liquid doesn't all cook away.
  • Slice thinly.
