Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup White Corn Syrup
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 3 cups Corn Flakes
- 1 cup dried Currants
- 1/2 cup shelled Sunflower Seeds
Method
- Combine sugar, syrup & cream in a large sauce pan and heat to a boil over medium heat. Boil until soft ball registers on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Working fast, add remaining ingredients and stir until well incorporated. Press into a buttered 9x13 pan. Let cool before serving.
