Method
- Open 14 oz "pound" of malassol or sevruga caviar. Present, over ice, with crustless toast points, blini or crackers. Accompany with hardboiled and finely chopped egg yolks, egg whites and onions. Creme fraiche may also be proferred. Enjoy!
