Ingredients
- 1 cured ham
- 1 (16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- maple flavored syrup
Method
- Place ham in roasting pan. Drain juice from pineapple chunks into a measuring cup. Pour into a bowl. Add an equal amount of maple syrup and mix. Pour over ham and cover.
- Bake 15 minutes per pound at 350°. Thirty minutes before the ham is done, add pineapple chunks. Cover and finish baking.
