Ingredients

  • 5 oz. salmon fillet or steak
  • 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT CATALINA FREE Fat Free Dressing
  • 1/2 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
  • 3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water

Method

  • Place salmon fillet, skin side down, in 8x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Mix peppers and dressing until well blended; spoon evenly over salmon.
  • Bake at 375F for 25 min.
  • or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
  • Prepare rice and mixed vegetables according to package directions.
  • Serve meal with a glass of water.
