Ingredients
- 5 oz. salmon fillet or steak
- 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT CATALINA FREE Fat Free Dressing
- 1/2 cup instant brown rice, uncooked
- 3/4 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
Method
- Place salmon fillet, skin side down, in 8x8-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix peppers and dressing until well blended; spoon evenly over salmon.
- Bake at 375F for 25 min.
- or until salmon flakes easily with fork.
- Prepare rice and mixed vegetables according to package directions.
- Serve meal with a glass of water.
