Caster Sugar - sugar

Method

• Pour sugar into a blender, a food processor, or a clean coffee mill.
• Keep in mind that this technique can scratch up the sides of a plastic container pretty bad, so you might not want to use a brand new food processor or blender.
• A mortar and pestle would also do a fine job, though somewhat more difficult.
• Buzz the sugar on high until fine.
• Substitute for caster or superfine sugar in any application.
