Ingredients
- 4 slices bread, buttered
- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can salmon, flaked
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Butter 4 slices bread, cut or break into cubes.
- Flake salmon, combine with bread in buttered casserole.
- Beat egg slightly. Pour over bread and salmon and bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
