Ingredients
- 20 large carrots
- 1 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 20 pecans (optional)
- 1 large grated onion
- Lawry's seasoning salt
- pepper to taste
Method
- Boil carrots that have been cut crosswise in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and put in blender or grate.
- Stir in cream, cheese, onion and seasonings.
- Pour into a large buttered casserole.
- Place pecan halves over top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Freezes well.
- A wonderful companion with turkey.
- Serves 12 to 14.
