Ingredients
- 1 c. shredded raw carrots
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced cooked chicken or turkey
- 1/2 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
- 1 can shoestring potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Mix all above except shoestring potatoes.
- Just before serving, add potatoes so they will stay nice and crisp.
- Serves 6 to 8.
