- 1 lb. raw carrots
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 3/4 c. vinegar or less
- chicken, cooked and cut up into small pieces
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft clear French salad dressing per c. chicken
- 1 c. diced celery to 2 c. chicken
- 1 c. mayonnaise to 1 c. chicken*
- 1 medium pineapple chunks, drained, to 2 c. chicken
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds to 2 c. chicken
- 1 c. grapes to 2 c. chicken
- salt and paprika to taste
Method
- *I have found it works and tastes better to use about 3/4 cup of mayonnaise to 1 cup of chicken.
