Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh carrots
- 1/2 c. green onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1/2 c. celery
- 5 packets Equal
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Clean carrots and slice julienne style.
- Cook in 2-inches salt water until crisp-tender.
- Finely dice remaining vegetables and add to cooked carrots.
