Ingredients

  • 1 chicken for boiling
  • 2-3 chicken bullion cubes
  • package of carrots-cut 2-3 inch pieces.
  • 2 leeks sliced lengthwise and cut up in 1 inch pieces.

Method

  • boil chicken add bullion cubes, debone chicken after cooking, reserve liquid.
  • return chicken to liquid add cut up carrots. when carrots are almost tender add leeks cook additional 15 min or so until leeks are tender.
