Ingredients
- 5 c. cooked, sliced carrots
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 onion, diced
- Ritz crackers, crushed
Method
- Layer
- carrots and
- cheese in buttered casserole dish. Saute onion
- in
- one stick of butter or margarine.
- Pour over carrots and
- cheese.
- Top
- with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Dot a little butter on top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
