Ingredients
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 c. cooked ham
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 2 large egg yolks
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti
Method
- Melt butter, add ham and 3 quarters of cream.
- Cook over low heat until cream has thickened or cooked down some.
- Blend rest of cream with egg yolks.
- Add that to hot mixture (mix a little hot cream with cold before pouring it all together).
- Stir 1/2 minute over low heat.
- Add a little salt and pepper.
- Mix in with spaghetti and toss it!
