Ingredients

  • 8 ounces, weight Ball Of Fresh Mozzarella
  • 1 Large Beefsteak Or Heirloom Tomato
  • 1 Handfull Of Fresh Basil Leaves (1 Leaf For Each Slice Of Cheese)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Aged Balsamic Vinegar, For Drizzling

Method

  • Slice the mozzarella and tomato into equal-sized slices. Layer tomato, cheese then basil leaves. Sprinkle with some salt and pepper. Don't forget the aged balsamic drizzle! Cover and refrigerate any extra, but there most likely won't be any.
