Ingredients

  • Olive Oil, For Drizzling
  • 1 whole Baguette, Split In Half And Cut Into 6" Sections
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 bunch Campari Tomatoes , Sliced 1/4" Thick
  • 1 whole Bocconcini (or Other Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced 1/4" Thick)
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • Balsamic Vinegar For Drizzling

Method

  • Drizzle olive oil over the bottom half of split baguette.
  • Top with fresh basil leaves.
  • Top with alternating slices of tomatoes and bocconcini.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
  • Top with top half of baguette.
