Ingredients
- 2 c. milk
- 4 tsp. grated semi-sweet chocolate
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. instant coffee
- 4 oz. brandy
- whipped cream
Method
- Makes 4 servings.
- Pour milk into 4-cup glass measure and cook on high for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until hot, but not boiling. Stir in chocolate, sugar and coffee until dissolved.
- Pour into 4 mugs.
- Add 1 ounce brandy into each mug.
- Top with whipped cream. Serve warm.
