Ingredients
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 3/4 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 2 cups Cap'n Crunch Cereal
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine butter and brown sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour and baking soda, beat until well combined. Fold in Cap'n Crunch.
- Scoop onto a lined or greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges start to brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool.
