Ingredients

  • 1 (96 ounce) canned sweet potatoes, drained
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup rolled oats
  • 12 cup flour
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted

Method

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Mix oat topping ingedients and place in a greased 9x9 pan.
  • Place in oven for 8 minutes stirring at 4 minutes and every couple minutes after to break it into chunks.
  • Take out of oven and allow to cool.
  • Pour sweet potatoes into a 9x13 pan greased with a nonstick spray.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar and oat topping across the potatoes.
  • Pour butter over the top.
  • Cover pan with aluminum foil and place in oven for 15 minutes.
  • Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
  • After potatoes are done cooking, take out and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over top.
  • Mash the potatoes by hand leaving slightly chunky.
  • Serve in a new dish.
