Ingredients
- 1 (96 ounce) canned sweet potatoes, drained
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup butter, melted
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 12 teaspoons cinnamon
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup rolled oats
- 12 cup flour
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted
Method
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix oat topping ingedients and place in a greased 9x9 pan.
- Place in oven for 8 minutes stirring at 4 minutes and every couple minutes after to break it into chunks.
- Take out of oven and allow to cool.
- Pour sweet potatoes into a 9x13 pan greased with a nonstick spray.
- Sprinkle brown sugar and oat topping across the potatoes.
- Pour butter over the top.
- Cover pan with aluminum foil and place in oven for 15 minutes.
- Mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- After potatoes are done cooking, take out and sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over top.
- Mash the potatoes by hand leaving slightly chunky.
- Serve in a new dish.
