Ingredients
- 4 to 5 lb. sweet potatoes
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Method
- Cook potatoes just until skins can be removed easily.
- Cut into serving pieces and place in rectangular baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, oleo and crushed pineapple.
- Heat until blended.
- Pour over sweet potatoes.
- Bake at 350° until potatoes are tender.
