Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 qt. pecans
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and boil until it spins a thread. Pour over pecans in a large bowl or put pecans in pan and coat real good. Spread out on wax paper to cool.
