Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Method
- Mix all ingredients and cook to soft ball (238°).
- Add 2 1/2 cups pecans.
- Stir well.
- Pour out on wax paper.
- Separate with a fork.
