Ingredients
- 5 medium size potatoes, peeled
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. cheese
- salt and pepper
Method
- Slice potatoes in aluminum foil.
- Add onions, butter and cheese; season to taste.
- Wrap up in aluminum foil.
- Put on fire for about 35 to 40 minutes.
- Serve hot.
