Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1/4 ounce active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
- Mix water and yeast in a small bowl.
- Add all of the dry ingredients in a medium to large bowl.
- Mix the yeast and dry ingredients together.
- Knead the dough for five minutes.
- Place the dough in a large bowl greased lightly with olive oil.
- Divide the dough into 2 pieces and form loaves.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Let the loaves rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake until golden brown.
