Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 2 slices Rudi's Multigrain Gluten Free Bread
- 1 ounce, weight Camembert
- 1/2 whole Pear, Thinly Sliced
Method
- Heat a griddle or skillet.
- Butter the bread and place butter side down on griddle.
- Add the cheese and pear.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Grill for about 2 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Flip and repeat on other side.
- Serve with some soup perhaps?
