Ingredients
- 2 to 4 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 to 2 cans tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- basil, salt and pepper
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg. fettucini
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, browned
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Saute garlic and onions in oil; add basil and saute as well. Add tomatoes (canned and fresh).
- Cover and cook on low heat.
- Add sausage (browned).
- Serve over fettucini.
