- 1 lb. ground beef or chuck
- 8 strips beef Sizzlean
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1 tsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 cans Bush's Vegetarian beans
- 1 can butter beans
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 c. hot cooked rice
- 1 1/2 lb. lean round steak
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 c. green onions with tops
- 2 green peppers, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 large fresh tomatoes, cut into pieces
Method
- While rice is cooking, pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Cut into 1/2-inch strips.
- Sprinkle with paprika and allow to stand while preparing other ingredients.
