Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or chuck
  • 8 strips beef Sizzlean
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. ground mustard
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 cans Bush's Vegetarian beans
  • 1 can butter beans
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 c. hot cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 lb. lean round steak
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 c. green onions with tops
  • 2 green peppers, cut in strips
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 2 large fresh tomatoes, cut into pieces

Method

  • While rice is cooking, pound steak to 1/4-inch thickness.
  • Cut into 1/2-inch strips.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and allow to stand while preparing other ingredients.
