Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 2/3 c. Wheat Chex
- 2 2/3 c. Rice Chex
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 4 to 8 drops hot pepper sauce
- 2 2/3 c. Corn Chex
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Method
- In a 4-quart bowl or 13 x 9 x 2-inch microwave save dish, melt margarine on High for 1 minute.
- Stir in parsley, celery salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and pepper sauce.
- Mix well. Gradually add cereals, stirring until all spices are evenly coated.
- Cook on High 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring every 1 1/2 minutes.
- Add onions.
- Mix well.
- Cook an additional 1 1/2 minutes.
- Spread on paper towel to cool.
