Ingredients
- 1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pie shell
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- yellow food coloring
- 2 c. whipped cream
Method
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In a medium bowl, beat egg yolks with Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
- Pour into prepared pastry shell and bake for 30 minutes.
- Cool.
- Chill. Spread with whipped cream.
- Garnish as desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
