Ingredients

  • 1 (9 ounce) packagerefrigerated cheese-filled tortellini
  • 1 12 cups frozen broccoli florets (from 14-oz. bag)
  • 1 12 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 23 cup creamy caesar salad dressing
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded (from 10-oz. bag)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

Method

  • In 3-quart saucepan, bring 2 quarts (8 cups) water to a boil.
  • Add tortellini and broccoli; cook as directed on tortellini package until tortellini are tender.
  • Drain; return to saucepan.
  • Add ham and salad dressing; stir gently to mix.
  • Cook over medium-low heat just until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  • Arrange lettuce on individual plates.
  • Spoon tortellini mixture over lettuce.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
