Ingredients
- 10 whole leaves cabbage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/4 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. milk
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Place cabbage laves in a small amount of water over low heat for several minutes to soften.
- Mix next 7 ingredients together. Place 1/4 cup of filling on each leaf.
- Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
- Place in casserole.
- Pour soup over rolls and add a little water.
- Bake at 350° until done.
