Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- salt, pepper and ketchup
- onion, chopped
- 1 egg
- some cracker crumbs or a slice of bread, crumbled
- 1 large cabbage
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Boil cabbage in water until soft.
- Put meat mixture in each leaf.
- Put in roaster or pan with small amount of oil; brown lightly.
- Add tomato soup or tomato juice.
- Simmer until done.
