Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- buttered bread crumbs
Method
- Cook cabbage in salt water until tender.
- Drain and place in casserole dish.
- Mix and cook next four ingredients.
- Add mushroom soup to cooked sauce.
- Pour sauce over cooked cabbage.
- Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over sauce.
