Ingredients
- 3 c. coarsely chopped cabbage
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- 3 Tbsp. uncooked rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
Method
- In a buttered 2-quart casserole, put chopped cabbage.
- Brown meat and onion; salt and pepper to taste.
- Add rice, tomato soup and water to hamburg mixture and simmer 10 minutes.
- Pour over cabbage; don't stir.
- Bake, covered, at 325° for 2 hours.
