Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp. rice
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Combine turkey, onion, garlic and pepper together in a nonstick pan and brown.
  • Mix tomato soup, water and Worcestershire sauce together.
  • In a 9 x 12-inch loaf pan, cut 1 head cabbage to bite size pieces.
  • Cover with the turkey mixture.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons rice over mixture and add the tomato soup mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
