Ingredients
- 2 regular cans green beans, drained
- 2 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 2/3 roll Keebler Town House crackers, crushed
Method
- Mix beans and corn together; pour into greased casserole dish. Mix celery soup, sour cream and onions.
- Pour on top of beans and corn.
- Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine and Cheddar cheese.
- Put on top.
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
