Ingredients

  • 2 regular cans green beans, drained
  • 2 cans Shoe Peg corn, drained
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 2/3 roll Keebler Town House crackers, crushed

Method

  • Mix beans and corn together; pour into greased casserole dish. Mix celery soup, sour cream and onions.
  • Pour on top of beans and corn.
  • Crush crackers and mix with melted margarine and Cheddar cheese.
  • Put on top.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until bubbly.
