Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
  • 1 lb. white fish

Method

  • In 2-quart saucepan, melt 1/3 cup margarine; add sesame seed, parsley, celery salt and wine.
  • Toss with stuffing mix.
  • Place fish in 13 x 9-inch pan.
  • Spoon stuffing mix over fillets. Cover with foil.
  • Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake an additional 5 minutes.
