Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (5 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 1/4 c. oleo
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- In saucepan,
- cook brown sugar, sugar, marshmallow, oleo and evaporated milk to a full, all over boil (5 minutes).
- Take off heat.
- Add nuts and vanilla.
- Stir until candy is thick and creamy.
- Pour in buttered 8-inch square pan.
- Makes 1 3/4 pounds of fudge.
