- 4 bags (11 Oz. Size) Name Brand Butterscotch Chips
- 18 ounces, weight Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 14 ounces, weight Corn Flakes
Method
- On the stove top on low heat, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together, stirring carefully so it doesn't scorch.
- Dump cornflakes in a large bowl, pour melted butterscotch chips and peanut butter over all and stir carefully.
- Drop butterscotch-covered cornflakes by the spoonful onto wax paper. Cool or freeze to set up before storing in Tupperware.
