Ingredients

  • 4 bags (11 Oz. Size) Name Brand Butterscotch Chips
  • 18 ounces, weight Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • 14 ounces, weight Corn Flakes

Method

  • On the stove top on low heat, melt butterscotch chips and peanut butter together, stirring carefully so it doesn't scorch.
  • Dump cornflakes in a large bowl, pour melted butterscotch chips and peanut butter over all and stir carefully.
  • Drop butterscotch-covered cornflakes by the spoonful onto wax paper. Cool or freeze to set up before storing in Tupperware.
