Ingredients
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 large crushed pineapple
- 2 boxes regular-size peach jello
Method
- Mix pineapple and juice with the jello.
- Bring to a boil. Stir to dissolve the jello.
- Set aside to cool.
- Mix buttermilk and Cool Whip.
- Add cooled pineapple mixture and refrigerate. Serves 8.
